Great location in Sapa and very kind, helpful, and friendly staff! Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable, and the staff really make guests feel welcome. I would stay here again!

The mountain view was exceptional our TV sound was very muffled and the heat a/c was a little finicky. But overal i can't say enough about the staff they were excellent and always there to help. Breafast was a great way to start the day and was very filling
