Leading up to our stay, the one staff person that was incredibly helpful and polite was the woman at the front desk. Beyond that I would not recommend this place. Resort is quite the over-sell. We booked a room that was for 4 people but only planned on 3 of us initially. My other son decided to join us and they charged us another 50% of the room cost! And, for that they gave an extra pool towel to use. Then after the staff left, we realized he didn’t even have sheets for the pull out bed - ridiculous. Finally the breakfast is all packaged baked goods, there was fresh fruit available.

It was a pretty place. Very clean. The location was not ideal tho. Quite a drive from the main areas. Uphill and stairs so it was hard to carry all luggage

Fantastisk I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly pleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean and well-kept everything was. The room was spotless, the linens were fresh, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. You could tell that cleanliness and guest comfort were a priority.
The food at the hotel exceeded my expectations. Every meal was well-prepared, with good variety and fresh ingredients. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the flavors were enjoyable and satisfying without being overly rich or heavy.
What made the stay particularly memorable was the natural setting. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful scenery and offers a peaceful environment that's perfect for anyone looking to unwind. I especially appreciated the quiet—no traffic noise or crowds, just the soothing sounds of nature. It was refreshing to disconnect and enjoy some calm in such a scenic location.
Overall, this was a great experience. The combination of cleanliness, good food, and a tranquil atmosphere made for a very relaxing getaway. I would definitely consider returning and recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat.

Great location - 10 minute walk from port and right outside of the busy center of city but still very easily accessible in a few minute walk. Clean rooms and lovely pool. Staff was very helpful

Nice hotel, the location is convenient as it's close to the city centre, but removed enough to have a quiet night. The room we had was clean and spacious. The only downside for me was the coffee, which unfortunately tasted burned. The rest of the breakfast was good, though.
