B/C APARTMENT Asakusa Hanazono Dori Hotel with Rental Car and Sauna

Spacious with good amenities at the price we paid.

The Apartment was clean and tidy with welcome snacks when we arrived we where a party of 5 2 adults and 3 older teens 14-18, The Amenities and washing facilities where ideal the area is safe and quiet with a Family Mart across the road and vending machines around every corner, Was about a 10-15 minute walk to Donki and plenty of eating places dotted around to suit most taste buds. Ended up using taxis a lot to get to Train stations and even going into Akihabara and Ueno and also back from them when we where knackered after a long day, And could not face a jam packed train or carrying a haul from shopping they where very affordable for a short journey and even going into Disney sea was not overly expensive and saved a lot of hassle avoiding the busy trains in the early morning rush. As a side note we stayed long term over 2 weeks and kept the apartment tidy ourselves as there is no cleaning done the rubbish is collected daily as required and we had to purchase some toilet rolls near the end. Overall would recommend it as a base if your travelling around the local areas and they have LUUP on site or car rental as part of the package if your up for driving around.

Very clean and very spacious.

Well appointed Hotel. Clean and plenty of towels. Convenience stores nearby as well as close to all the tourist attractions of Asakusa. Large for Tokyo and much bigger than previous Hotels I have stayed at. The rate dropped for 7 days or more so pay around with dates when booking.

Excellent for the money. Accomodated my family of 6 very comfortably. Great location. 10 monite walk to the Senso-Ji Shrine.

Laundry and kitchen were good. No picture of the bunk bed room which worked well for my kids

Such an amazing place to stay!!! So spacious and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided and it definitely felt like a home away from home. I will be back next time I’m in Japan.

Our stay in Tokyo had some positives, but overall it didn’t meet our expectations. The apartment itself was quite spacious, especially for Tokyo standards, with three bedrooms, and the location was in a nice area. The amenities were good and the space worked well for a family. Unfortunately, several issues really affected our experience. The washer/dryer combo did not work well at all and left our clothes full of lint after washing and drying. The biggest problem, however, was the beds, pillows, and bedding — they were extremely uncomfortable and ended up being the main reason our rating is so low, as it made it difficult to get good rest during our stay. We were also disappointed that the sauna required an additional fee for guests staying in the apartment, which wasn’t clearly listed beforehand. Lastly, the laminate flooring throughout the apartment was shifting and moving underfoot, which made the place feel poorly maintained. Overall, while the size of the apartment and the neighborhood were positives, the comfort and maintenance issues made the stay less enjoyable than we had hoped.

The place is decent size in Japan, beds are clean and comfortable, and the bathroom is big with soaking tub. Everything you need is well prepared in this place, they even provided skin care products! And the rental car is THE BEST in this trip! Free rental for our stay, it is a very nice big mini van with free over night parking which is only half block away from the hotel!!! We are a family of 4, traveling with kids could be very hectic but stay at this place makes our trip a lot easier with children. We didn’t take any of public transportation in our Japan trip because of the use of the rental car, parking is easily find wherever we go, and the fees are not horrible compared to US, but having our own car to get around the city is big plus especially the kids can nap in the car as well! Not to mention, the lobby of the hotel provides all the essentials, the car seats, diapers, nursing pillows, baby snacks, hot pot grill, wipes, whatever you name it you can find them there! Overall this is a great place for family stay and I highly recommended this place to everyone!

Our stay at B/C APARTMENT Asakusa Hanazono Dori was wonderful. Although we didn’t use the sauna or the rental car, the apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and very well located, making it easy to get around Asakusa. What truly stood out was how amazing the staff were. They were exceptionally kind, attentive, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We felt very welcomed and would definitely recommend this place to others.
