The room was great and spacious. Onsen was lovely and nice to use. Laundry is on every other floor as well as basement while the change machine and osnsen is only in the basement, so communications could've been better to prevent several trips between floors.

We liked this hotel. Great location, polite people, and very clean! After a long flight, the public bath was very nice to relax and stretch out legs. It’s a new building and they keep everything clean. Highly recommended.

The hotel included a breakfast and that was great. The rules in Japan are pretty rigid and would overall rate their customer service low although they’re all very polite. One thing to note is that the hotel is directly under a train line so make sure you get a room at upper floors to avoid having the train shake you up every 10 mins. We were on the 5th floor and felt it

Excellent hotel, if I'm lucky enough to return to Tokyo I would definitely stay here again. Everything is very clean and in very good condition, the staff are lovely and helpful, the room was big and comfortable. We didn't have the breakfast or use the onsen so I can't comment on those. There are so many nice touches like the scent as soon as you walk into the hotel (I would love to know what this scent is, it was beautiful!) It was actually quite nice to come back to the relative calm of the Ginza area after having been to other extremely busy places such as Shinjuku or Shibuya. There are lots of convenience stores within a few minutes walk and the hotel also has it's own snack station where you can pick up some food and drink. There are slippers to use in the room and a fresh pair of pyjamas is provided every day. This hotel is a little more expensive but the additional cost is more than worth it. There is a Narita Express bus stop within a ten minute walk of the hotel which was so helpful for our early Sunday morning departure. Also the Airport Limousine bus from Narita stops at the Marriott that is literally across the street. This is probably one of the nicest hotels overall that I've ever stayed in, in one of the greatest cities in the world.

Great location. Walking distance to the heart of Tokyo city. The food at the restaurant (especially dinner) were not great. Best to eat out.

A suite with this price - should have 2 toilets for 4 people. Inconvenient for the family.
