Room and location were great. Walkable to Pisa airport and honestly we were there for less than 12 hrs. The area while safe is a bit run down but our host gave a us a few restaurant recs for dinner which was helpful.

The managing agent at the bnb was wonderful. He was extremely helpful getting us settled in and oriented us to the area. If looking for a place near the airport, its location is a 7 minute easy walk.

Our stay was brief, one night, arrived at 9pm and left at 7.30 am. Room was a good size, private bathroom clean and pleasant. There is no reception so it's necessary to confirm an arrival time whereupon somebody will be on hand to let you in and show you around. Very helpful people run the place, I was in contact via WhatsApp a number of times pre arrival as we were delayed enough route. We got to Pisa unexpectedly late via Flixbus at 20:50 due to train strikes and the owner helped us to arrange a taxi which was a lifesaver to be honest.

Clean room with balcony. Had a private fridge with complimentary ice tea in. Location is excellent - 10 min walk from air port or 5 min walk to train station.

This was one of the cutest b&b I have stayed at, conveniently located next to the airport. The room was extremely clean and the bathroom was modern. The host was friendly and communicative and the pastries and coffee at breakfast were excellent.
