Area is close to keikyu line and lots of food, shopping and things to do by train. Extra 1000yen to extend stay an hour. No extras but nice stay.

Nothing out of the ordinary. What you would expect from a Tokyo hotel. Good for couples and solo travelers. The bus stop right in front of the hotel has an early morning bus to Haneda airport.

Great value. The rooms are small and doesn’t have a closet so it was hard to have my clothes out for the 12 days I stayed there. It is well kept.
