Great hotel near the ferry terminal. Friendly helpful staff. Used parking next door, it's a little tricky finding the entrance in heavy traffic.

Customer service was excellent, room cleanliness was also excellent. The bathroom was disappointing, shower head only, no shower hose, and shower space very small. The air conditioning was not working effectively if at all. Over all stay was below average. I have had better experience at other NZ Novotel.
