It was a well maintained building right near the Trevi, it was quick to get around central Roma and getting ubers and taxis was still easy

When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk, and we waited about 30 minutes while a member of the cleaning staff repeatedly called someone to assist us. Once we got into the room, we found multiple flies inside. Later, we also found a moth and a centipede in the bathroom. The most concerning issue occurred on our second night when we discovered that our room door did not properly close or lock, creating a serious security concern. Since there was no front desk available at that hour, we had no way to get assistance. To make matters worse, at around 2 AM we were awakened by the sounds of luggage being moved, vacuuming, and cleaning activities for nearly an hour. When we mentioned this at checkout, staff denied it was possible. After our stay, I contacted the hotel and provided video evidence of the broken door and and other issues. Rather than acknowledging any of the concerns, their response was dismissive and defensive. They claimed the incidents never happened, insisted staff arrived within 10 minutes of our check-in despite our 30-minute wait, and even stated that the door was not broken after reviewing the video. They also attempted to attribute the late-night noise to the hotel's proximity to the Trevi Fountain, although I find it highly unlikely that vacuuming and cleaning noises at 2:00 AM were coming from the fountain. What disappointed me most was not just the condition of the room, but the complete lack of accountability afterward. I will not stay here again

Our stay was amazing!! The staff go above and beyond!! The location is perfect!

It is in a very good location. The Trevi fountain is very close by and the spanish steps is an easy walk. Shopping and food all around too.

The location in Rome is perfect to walk to all of the attractions. The staff was excellent. My only complaint is to put signage on the outer door. It was a bit difficult to find than I expected. I highly recommend this hotel.

Convenient location and helpful staff! This is RIGHT by the trevi fountain. Walkable distance to many things. The hotel is very small though, no amenities or breakfast.

A few steps from Trevi It’s only a house nothing except a room and tea/ coffee water But very clean and trendy comfortable beds and in a great position Street noise typical of a city but okay as had double glazing Beds made every day and clean towels Would recommend Handy to get Ubers next to Trevi fountain

Excellent Stay – Perfect Location by Trevi Fountain We had a wonderful experience staying at Palazzetto Trevi in Rome. The location is absolutely unbeatable—just a 1-minute walk to the Trevi Fountain, which made our trip even more special. The area is very lively and safe, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Even late at night (around 1:00 AM), the streets were full of people and open places, so we always felt comfortable walking around. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained. Despite being in such a central location, it was quiet at night—we stayed on the first floor and had no issues with noise, which we truly appreciated. We also loved how organized and secure everything was. They provided us with a key card to enter the hotel, a contact number in case of any issues, and even a backup door code, which gave us peace of mind. Overall, we had a great experience and truly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

I can’t compliment the staff or the location of the Palazzetto Trevi enough. Clean, comfortable, well maintained with the perfect location. Huge thank you for a truly lovely stay.

Our second time staying here and we absolutely loved both our stays. We requested the same room again (deluxe, 3rd floor room 34) as we found this specific room has the largest double shower, and the decor in this room is so much nicer than any of the other deluxes we had viewed before taking the room. Its a 1min walk from trevi fountain and the stretch of restaurants and cafes are just so beautiful. Other landmarks are also within walking distance so its perfect!
