Considering the cost of this motel I was disappointed by the outdated decor, uncomfortable old dated furniture and lack of detail to cleaning. It does have a good location very close to the CBD but it needs to be refreshed and have modern comfortable furniture to justify its cost. Having to walk past smelly rubbish bins to get to your room is very off putting. Disappointing stay :(

Lovely big apartment with super kitchenette, that had everything required for a 2 night stay.
Onsite parking was great , as were the small balconies to get a good air flow.
Very handy sort walk to the centre of Dunedin and everything it has to offer.
Easy car access to the Otago peninsular as well.
We can thoroughly recommend this motel and Dunedin and surrounds as well.

Walkable to octagon, everything was clean and tidy upon arrival. Lovely lady checking us in a little noisy in the mornings but overall a great stay.

The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. Had no problems when we had to change to an accessible room. Would definitely recommend this motel.

Fantastisk The manager/owner? was a great help in finding our passports we left in the room, and then getting them to the airport for us to pick up. And he did all this kindness. Thank you.
