He has extensive experience driving on high-altitude mountain roads with steady driving skills, ensuring a smooth ride around curves. The vehicle was clean and tidy, and we felt completely safe throughout the entire journey. Master Chang is very familiar with Tibetan routes, local customs, and culture. His commentary along the way was vivid and engaging. He knows many hidden, picturesque photo spots, would proactively stop the car for us to take pictures, and paced the itinerary very well without ever rushing us. He constantly checked on our physical condition throughout the trip, repeatedly reminding us of altitude sickness precautions, thoughtfully monitoring our well-being, and proactively helping us carry our luggage. He is genuine and honest, with zero hidden fees or forced shopping throughout the tour, and patiently helped coordinate and resolve any issues we had.
