Louis var både guide og sjåfør. Han var svært kunnskapsrik og ga oss en detaljert introduksjon til historien om Banff nasjonalpark. Han kjørte oss trygt til alle severdighetene, fortalte oss hva vi kunne kjøpe og hvor prisene var høye slik at vi burde unngå å kjøpe der. Det som imponerte meg mest var at han tok oss med til hemmelige, private steder, noe som ga oss et fantastisk minne.

I really wanted to visit Banff, and I chose this tour because it seemed to visit more places and had a more reasonable schedule compared to other tours. I met our guide, Luis, and he was excellent from start to finish! I'm not very good at English, but his pronunciation was so clear that I could understand most of his explanations. He also pointed out great photo spots, and even on the way to the scheduled locations, he would slow down and explain things when we passed viewpoints or saw animals, which allowed me to experience so much more. Thank you, Luis!

Det var en veldig fin og rask tur til mange steder i Banff nasjonalpark. Ben var guiden min, og han gjorde en utmerket jobb. Han er så innsiktsfull og deler morsomme og fascinerende fakta om hvert sted, i tillegg til å hjelpe til med bilder og alltid passe på oss når noen kom tilbake senere enn resten av gruppen. Turen gir deg ganske kort tid, kun 1 time, til Lake Louise og Moraine Lake. Men det er grunnen til at vi fikk dekket så mye på kort tid.

Jeg hadde en fantastisk tid på denne turen. Turlederen/sjåføren vår, Curtis, var også flott og veldig positiv. Vi hadde perfekt vær under turen og var heldigvis i rute på hvert reisemål. Mitt eneste forslag er å legge til mer tid for Johnston Canyon. Én time er ikke nok til å gå til Upper Falls. Ikke desto mindre kan jeg anbefale denne turen!

Jesse was cheerful and took great photos! He also showed us hidden photo spots, and we moved around without any issues. You can put your bags in a separate compartment, so it seems fine to bring a small carry-on. My girlfriend had a preconceived notion about group tours, but she was very satisfied because it was a small group of about 14 people, there was no pressure regarding restaurants or souvenirs, and we had plenty of time for personal photo opportunities without feeling rushed. Before the trip, the travel agency emailed us to inform us that due to vehicle issues, our original Three Lakes tour was upgraded to Four Lakes. They also provided detailed pre-trip reminders, which was very thoughtful and considerate. On the day of the tour, our guide Kenneth was very talkative and knowledgeable. Through his introduction, you could feel his deep love for nature. He explained time management, photo spots, and tour routes very clearly and methodically, giving us a truly perfect and comfortable travel experience. Highly recommended!

The drivers-guides were fantastic and gave us all sorts of interesting information about the itinerary. They were also very welcoming and kind and the whole experience was awesome. I strongly recommend it. It’s well worth it and very convenient because you see lots of places in two days without having to think of parking or where places are. Thanks for everything.
