Det jeg spesielt satte pris på, var at selv om de fleste i gruppen var fra Kina, sørget han for at de engelsktalende gjestene fikk den samme oppmerksomheten og forklaringene. Vi følte oss aldri utenfor. Turen var godt organisert, tempoet var behagelig, og vi hadde en flott opplevelse. Takk, Tom, for at du gjorde det til en så hyggelig og minneverdig dag!

Comprehensive day trip itinerary covering many of the popular sightseeing spots in Furano and Biei. Operator appears to be reputable and used by both local and overseas tourists. This was perfect as we went as a family of four with no car. Without this tour, it would have been much more expensive or impossible to cover all these areas. The bus was comfortable and there was sufficient time for each stop to take pictures and have a quick snack. All stops have a toilet and the distance between stops is 30 minutes at most, except the return trip. The main tourist stops were quite crowded, in particular Tomita Farm, the Blue Pond, and Shinkisai-no-okai. If the areas are crowded and there is a queue to park the bus, the tour may be delayed. One con is that the tour guide only speaks Japanese, so we were unable to understand a lot of the recommendations and commentary. However, the tour guide still knew key phrases in English to make sure everyone was able to see everything as advertised. Another con is that some of the spots like the rollercoaster road or the straight road are viewed from the bus. Depending on where you sit, you might not be able to see it as it goes by quickly. Overall, would still recommend for singles/couples/groups who are okay with short stops to see views of Furano and eat some local snacks, all without having to drive.

Our guide, Joe was incredibly knowledgeable and kept the day moving smoothly. The bus was comfortable, and the highlight was definitely blue pond, farm tomita. Plenty of time to explore at our own pace—highly recommend!"

Vi hadde en fantastisk tid på denne turen! Guiden vår, Jenny, var fantastisk, supervennlig, morsom og entusiastisk over hvert sted vi besøkte. Det var veldig godt organisert og perfekt timet. Det er en fartsfylt tur, men det maksimerer virkelig hvor mye du får sett på én dag. Det regnet, men alt var fortsatt vakkert uansett. Du vil ikke angre på å se denne siden av Hokkaido!

I had an amazing experience booking with Klook for our Hokkaido trip. The itinerary was well-organized and covered some of the most beautiful and unique spots. Noboribetsu Hell Valley was truly breathtaking with its dramatic scenery and steaming vents. Date Jidaimura was a fun and immersive cultural experience, giving us a glimpse of Japan’s Edo period. Mitsui Outlet Sapporo was a great stop for shopping and finding good deals. Lastly, Lake Shikotsu Ice Village felt like a winter wonderland—absolutely magical, especially at night. Everything was smooth from booking to the actual tour. The guide was helpful and informative, and transportation was comfortable and on time. Highly recommended for a convenient and memorable travel experience!

I joined this tour during my solo trip to Hokkaido, and it was one of the best experiences of my trip. I originally chose the Biei Light-up Tour because I couldn’t book a Furano tour, but it turned out to be an amazing surprise. I was impressed by Blue Pond, the beautiful rolling hills, Shirahige Falls, and the colorful flower fields at Shikisai no Oka. The lavender ice cream was delicious too! A big thank you to our guide, Ms. Wakana, who was sweet, kind and patient throughout the day. She made the tour smooth and enjoyable!

Jeg reiste alene, og guiden Yagyu var veldig entusiastisk og vennlig. Hun telte alltid folk ved hvert stopp og presenterte Hokkaidos og Japans historie på en profesjonell måte, og delte mye kunnskap. Tidsplanen var veldig bra, ikke slitsom, og vi fikk sett alle attraksjonene, noe jeg likte veldig godt. Tiden var tilstrekkelig. De andre i gruppen var også veldig flinke og kom aldri for sent. Lunsjbuffeten var ganske bra. Cantaloupen var ikke like søt som den fra Xinjiang, men den var myk og saftig. Jeg anbefaler gresskar-tempura og stekt sjømat. Genghis Khan-lammet var ikke like godt som det hjemme, så ta litt mindre. Den hvite maisen ble også anbefalt av guiden Yagyu, og den var supergod! Spis den rå, den smaker bedre enn cantaloupe, søt og et must-buy!
