This hotel is fancy and very aesthetic for the price. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfy. The location is really nice, being close to THSR Taichung station & train stations. There's a McDonald's and 7eleven near beside the hotel, very convenient 🥰🥰🥰

great location. big rooms. a bit noisy at night but expected because of central area. good breakfast.

Cleanliness: The room's bathroom had a strong sewer smell, which seemed to be coming from the drain. Every evening when I returned to the hotel, I would smell it in the restroom. Even with the exhaust fan on, the smell wouldn't dissipate. I had to open the bathroom window and air it out for over ten minutes before I could use it. Aside from that, everything else was good. The service attitude was nice, and breakfast was also good; you could enjoy breakfast while looking at Taichung Train Station. 👍

I had a pleasant stay at the Wuquan branch before, so this time I chose the Taichung branch for my business trip. **Location and Advantages:** The Taichung branch is right next to Zhongxiao Night Market, making it very convenient for finding food. All rooms in the hotel are carpeted, which effectively reduces noise from people walking around. Overall, the price is quite reasonable for the basic room amenities, and the cleanliness and sense of space are more than adequate. I would consider staying here again for future business trips. **Room Facilities and Experience:** This time, I chose the "Deluxe Room." It was generally standard, a more basic version (I recall the Wuquan branch also provided a Bluetooth speaker). * **Layout and Space:** The room had an L-shaped layout. Upon entering, there was a mini-bar (with two bottles of water and a kettle), followed by the restroom, and then the bed to the right. A minor drawback was the absence of a movable table in the room (the wooden low table was fixed in place). When I wanted to eat in the room, I had to move a chair and watch TV at an awkward angle. * **Bedding and Comfort:** The bed's firmness was moderate, and it was clean with no strange odors. I didn't experience any allergic reactions during my stay. Two pillows were provided: one soft, easily flattened down pillow, and another with more support, allowing for adjustment based on personal preference. The air conditioning temperature could also be freely adjusted. * **Bathroom Facilities:** The bathroom was very spacious and provided Cha Tzu Tang brand shower gel and shampoo, which was a big plus! However, the showerhead in the shower stall was fixed (couldn't be detached, only the spray mode could be adjusted), which was a bit inconvenient. Also, the shower door in our room didn't close completely. The water pressure and hot water supply were stable, with no sudden changes in temperature. * **Soundproofing and Entertainment:** Regarding soundproofing, I occasionally heard the impact of other guests closing doors, conversations in the hallway, or flushing sounds. However, it was generally quiet during sleeping hours at night. The TV equipment was quite basic, and the remote control showed signs of age (the text was blurred). There weren't many entertainment options, so I ended up watching videos on my phone. **Service Experience:** The front desk attendant might have been trying to appear professional, but she spoke too quickly, making it difficult to understand what she was saying. She also didn't clearly explain the elevator's location or whether a room card was needed to select a floor, which caused a brief delay in the elevator initially. In comparison, the service at the Wuquan branch felt more mature and professional overall.

Location was great near the MRT, near to some attractions, got some nice eateries beside the place and the room is clean.

Upon opening the room door, we were greeted by a classic-style room design. The wardrobe in the room was particularly unique (and attractive). The bathtub in the bathroom was very large, almost enveloping me, making the bath feel especially comfortable (even my 180cm tall boyfriend had the same experience). The hotel room also provided bottled water (four bottles, no less!) 👍🏼 Overall, the stay was an excellent experience.

Upon entering the room, I noticed dried, uncleaned fecal matter on the toilet bowl. I immediately used a wet wipe to clean it. The bed was incredibly soft and shaky, and the soundproofing was poor. Breakfast was not included. However, the location is excellent, as it's only a few minutes' walk to Fengjia Night Market!

A dreamland for children. Kids really love places where they can sing, and this one is truly huge. The only downside is that the restaurant is too small, so guests waiting for a table might be watching you eat breakfast. We suggest staggering breakfast times or finding a way to make the breakfast area more comfortable, so staff don't have to face complaints from guests.

Beliggenheten er flott, rett ved Zhongxiao nattmarked. Sengen er stor og ganske komfortabel. Personalet er veldig serviceinnstilt, og rommet er rent. Dusjen har imidlertid ingen vegg, så vann spruter ut. Men alt i alt er det veldig bra.
