The staff were very patient and helpful, and the environment was new and clean. Everything from the restrooms to the hair-drying area and the hot stone spa rooms themselves were spotless, though there was a bit of dust in some of the single-person lying areas, specifically in the corners near the walls.

Afterward, my feet were warm, my entire body felt comfortable, and my fatigue was noticeably reduced. The shop's atmosphere was warm and comfortable, with soft, non-glaring lighting and gentle music, allowing one to relax immediately upon entering. It was helpful that there was a staff member at the reception who could speak English. The therapist's primary language was likely Taiwanese. She was very kind and made an effort to communicate with me, a Japanese person! The pressure was just right, and the massage was excellent, so I truly hope she stays healthy so I can see her again when I return to Taiwan.
