The staff were so warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and communication was never a problem. I instantly felt relaxed and at ease. The massage was wonderful and the whole atmosphere was calm and comfortable. They even served lovely cakes and tea that were absolutely delicious — such a thoughtful touch.
