Although the spa officially opens at 9 AM, they kindly opened earlier to welcome and serve me, which immediately showed their incredible professionalism and dedication to customer care. I chose the 150-minute recovery wellness package, and the experience went far beyond my expectations. I was arranged in a beautiful private VIP room with a peaceful atmosphere that instantly helped me relax. Jeg ble møtt varmt, tilbudt te, og klimaanlegget føltes fantastisk. Den samme terapeuten utførte ansiktsbehandlingen og massasjen min. Hun snakket lavmælt, var dyktig og hadde en solid teknikk. They are very accomodating. The receptionist speaks good english. I got 2 services same day and they accommodated me well. Probably the highlight of my Hanoi trip.
