Reiselederen vår, Jerry, var punktlig og hadde god stemning gjennom hele turen. Selv om jeg var den eneste som snakket engelsk og de fleste andre deltakere var kinesere, forklarte han også på engelsk slik at jeg kunne forstå, og sørget for at alt var bra. Jeg hadde det så gøy og nøt turen. Han var også villig til å ta bilder og video av deg. Så å reise alene ville ikke være vanskelig ❤️ Anbefales på det sterkeste for reiseleder Jerrys tjeneste! Takk.

Ian, vår turguide, var veldig informativ, kul og imøtekommende. Han sørget alltid for at du ikke følte deg alene i gruppen. Han fikk deg til å føle at du hørte til. Han ga oss hele tiden historien om stedet. Denne turen MÅ stå på listen din. Det var deilig å komme seg bort fra byen og kjenne det kjølige været. Mount Kota var fantastisk. Hengebroen var flott, og det samme var Desa Dairy Farm. Vi ønsket å besøke kafeen på Desa Farm, men vi hadde ikke mye tid.

Dette var en tur hvor vi virkelig fikk nyte naturen rundt Kinabalu-fjellet. Jeg var bekymret for om vi ville få se rafflesia, men heldigvis fikk vi informasjon under turen om at det var to rafflesiaer som blomstret, og guiden tok oss med dit. Vi fikk se både vakkert blomstrende og visnende eksemplarer, og lærte mye om vekstprosessen deres. Etter lunsj ble jeg dårlig, mistenkte heteslag, og kunne ikke delta på ettermiddagens aktiviteter, men guiden og sjåføren lot meg hvile i bilen. Tusen takk.

Really great experience with Mr Jeff. Everything was smooth and easy from start to finish. Being on a private tour already made a big difference, but riding in his 4x4 was a nice bonus especially on the uneven roads. He’s friendly, easy to talk to, and knows his stuff. He shared about the local culture and history, which made the trip more interesting. We also had some good chats about world politics and current events, which made the whole experience feel more personal. The pace was comfortable, not rushed at all, and we had enough time to enjoy each stop properly. Overall, a very pleasant and well-run tour. Would definitely recommend Mr Jeff. Thank you!!!

Five-star experience! Five-star trip! A perfect journey! Our tour guide, Sue, contacted us via WhatsApp the night before and was incredibly patient in answering all our questions. She also helped us take photos throughout the trip without any hesitation. Some of our group members had very high expectations for photography, and Sue was surprisingly patient in helping them get their shots. It's worth noting that our group was a combination of several smaller groups, but all the guides knew each other, so they were great at creating a lively atmosphere. One guide constantly played music through a loudspeaker, which really boosted the mood, and they even matched the theme – for example, playing Jay Chou's "Rice Field" when we were watching fireflies! Truly professional! Be aware that the local mosquitoes are very aggressive and aren't deterred by mosquito repellent, so that's something to keep in mind. The sunset there is stunning! We had plenty of time for free activities and taking photos. My first snorkeling experience was also amazing. The only downside was that some people in our group might have been afraid of water, so we had to accommodate them and couldn't visit more spots. We ended up staying at one spot for about an hour. You can rent a locker on the island for HKD $60, but you honestly don't need to; no one is going to steal your belongings on a deserted island... Watching the fireflies is an absolutely unforgettable experience! Photos can't capture the awe-inspiring sight; you'll understand once you go! P.S. The meeting time that day was 7 AM! So it was a very early start, but totally worth it.

The tour guide was fantastic! Because there wasn't much rain, it wasn't as thrilling, but the guide arranged for us to raft, try diving, and play skipping stones. The entire itinerary was very meticulous, the communication was excellent, and it was well worth participating!

We participated in the company trip with 8 people. We were the only Japanese, and most of the other tourists on Mantanani Island were Chinese. Our guide, Xiao Zhong, was particularly excellent. We were initially concerned because the tour was primarily in Chinese and English, but he used a translation device to explain everything to us. The snorkeling, proboscis monkeys, and fireflies were wonderful. Although we had to wait for over 30 minutes due to a sudden downpour, it was an amazing experience overall.

Steve is such a great guide where he explained everything in detailed. However, for the dinner food maybe can improve on that part. Overall, the trip is nice and we all had fun.

Tour guide Zheng was excellent; he was very attentive in leading us through each attraction. The food on the boat trip to see the proboscis monkeys was decent, and the dinner during the sunset beach tour was also just okay. It would be even better if the meals were more substantial.
