I had an amazing Great Ocean Road and 12 Apostles day tour with Jensen! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole trip fun and enjoyable. The itinerary was well-paced, and we had enough time to enjoy each stop and take plenty of photos. One of the highlights was spotting wild koalas along the way—it was such a special experience! Seeing one up close would have made the day even more magical, but that’s all part of the excitement of wildlife. 😊 Thank you, Jensen, for making this trip so memorable. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Melbourne!

Tony was our tour guide and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave a thorough explanation throughout our whole 12 hours or so journey...it is such a delightful experience! Thank you for the memories!

Reiselederen Curtis var veldig entusiastisk, og i begynnelsen kunne man kanskje synes han snakket mye. Men han ga oss også tid til å hvile senere. Hele turen hadde god tid, og vi følte oss ikke stresset i det hele tatt, selv om noen gjester kanskje var litt forsinket. Opplevelsen med damptoget var veldig bra, og jeg ble overrasket over at vi satt på det i nesten 45 minutter. De fleste suvenirene trengte man etter min mening ikke å kjøpe; det var bedre å bruke tiden på å ta bilder og nyte utsikten. Da vi kom for å se pingvinene, ble jeg overrasket over at reiselederen, da han så jeg hadde på meg skjørt, spurte om jeg frøs og ga meg en varmepute. Jeg er ikke en person som fryser lett, så jeg ga varmeputen til vennen min som fryser lett. Jeg anbefaler på det sterkeste å kjøpe luksusseter, for når du ser dem komme i land og deretter dra tilbake, er du nesten bare to håndflater unna dem, noe som er veldig verdt det. Enda mer overraskende var den stjerneklare himmelen; utsikten kombinert med pingvinene var virkelig 100 poeng. Tusen takk for denne opplevelsen.

This is an amazing experience that you should definitely try if you plan to travel in Melbourne. Our tour guide Tony was informative and gave insights on each of the destination areas. Highly recommended!

Overall, the tour was good, although the itinerary felt a bit rushed. There were so many places to visit, but not enough time to fully enjoy each one. The highlights of our trip were definitely the rainforest tour and the Puffing Billy experience—they were absolutely superb! I’d also like to give special recognition to our tour guide, Mr. Joe Chan. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating throughout the trip. He went above and beyond by helping us take photos and videos, making sure we captured wonderful memories together. We truly appreciated his thoughtfulness and exceptional service. Thank you, Mr. Joe Chan, for making our experience even more enjoyable. Kudos to you!

En fantastisk tur! Vi ble møtt av sjåføren vår John. Han er enestående og morsom. Vennlig og alltid blid. Fikk hele bussen til å nyte reisen. Hentetiden var tidlig, men det var verdt det. En jevn reise. Vi likte virkelig denne turen. Bare vær oppmerksom og hold deg til tiden sjåføren din har gitt. Vi måtte vente en halvtime i bussen på grunn av to jenter etter skituren. Det ville vært bra om alle på bussen planla tiden sin godt. Alt i alt gjorde John det hele bedre! Takk, John!

Thanks our tour guide and driver Stuart. He is really kind and helpful. He always reminds us everything, even which toilet is cleaner. We have enough time to take photos and walk around each place. It is my first time to visit Australia with family. We are happy to have him to be our guide. However, i have something to remind you guys. It is highly recommended to have a great breakfast before you take on the travel bus. Your next meal would be around 5:30pm probably.

This was an unforgettable trip! The weather was excellent that day, and the scenery along the way was beautiful. Our guide and driver, David Chen, not only drove skillfully and steadily but also meticulously explained each attraction throughout the journey, sharing many local stories and knowledge, which made the trip even more enriching and enjoyable. David is passionate about his work and was very proactive in helping group members take photos, creating many wonderful memories. The entire itinerary was perfectly timed, with smooth and unhurried arrangements, allowing us to fully enjoy each attraction. The most pleasant surprise was that he specifically told us the best spot to see penguins, and we were lucky enough to see the adorable penguins, adding an unforgettable memory to this trip.

I really enjoyed this tour and appreciated how much effort Matt put into making the experience fun and informative. He shared lots of interesting information about Melbourne and Phillip Island, plus gave plenty of helpful recommendations before the tour ended. The itinerary was well-planned, and we had enough time to enjoy each stop without feeling rushed. Matt even managed to squeeze in some extra spots so we could see kangaroos, wallabies, and other animals along the way. The Puffing Billy Railway ride was a nice experience, the views at The Nobbies during sunset were absolutely beautiful, and the little penguins were incredibly cute!! 😄
