Vi hadde en utrolig dag langs Great Ocean Road, mye takket være sjåføren vår, Daniel! Veldig tålmodig med gruppen vår, utrolig hjelpsom gjennom hele reisen, og full av informativ innsikt om kystlinjen og det lokale dyrelivet. Kjøreturen var jevn, komfortabel og stressfri fra start til slutt. Anbefaler på det sterkeste å bestille en tur med dem!

We participated in a day trip that included the Puffing Billy Steam Train, Maru Koala and Animal Park, and the Penguin Parade. It was a very rich and interesting itinerary. Special thanks to our guide and driver, David Chen! He shared a lot of information about Melbourne's history, culture, and local life, which helped everyone understand and love the city even more. David not only arranged our schedule to be reasonable and well-paced but also guided us to various photo spots, making our pictures especially outstanding. Although the animal park was small, it was more enjoyable than the Sydney Zoo because we could observe animals up close and even pet kangaroos. Both adults and children were especially satisfied, and it was more fun than riding the small train. With David's guidance, we didn't miss out and got to see the little penguins waddling back to their nests. They were super adorable, and it was definitely one of the most unforgettable parts of the trip! Thanks again, David, for giving us such a memorable day!

Magnificent experience and it went beyond expectations. We were relaxed but covered all our stops and even more than our original itinerary. Didn't expect to laugh so much but our guide, Warren, got us all the time with his well-timed jokes and stories. The energy was great and made new memories to treasure. Would definitely recommend this tour and personally, would be back again with family next time we visit Melbourne.

Reiselederen Curtis var veldig entusiastisk, og i begynnelsen kunne man kanskje synes han snakket mye. Men han ga oss også tid til å hvile senere. Hele turen hadde god tid, og vi følte oss ikke stresset i det hele tatt, selv om noen gjester kanskje var litt forsinket. Opplevelsen med damptoget var veldig bra, og jeg ble overrasket over at vi satt på det i nesten 45 minutter. De fleste suvenirene trengte man etter min mening ikke å kjøpe; det var bedre å bruke tiden på å ta bilder og nyte utsikten. Da vi kom for å se pingvinene, ble jeg overrasket over at reiselederen, da han så jeg hadde på meg skjørt, spurte om jeg frøs og ga meg en varmepute. Jeg er ikke en person som fryser lett, så jeg ga varmeputen til vennen min som fryser lett. Jeg anbefaler på det sterkeste å kjøpe luksusseter, for når du ser dem komme i land og deretter dra tilbake, er du nesten bare to håndflater unna dem, noe som er veldig verdt det. Enda mer overraskende var den stjerneklare himmelen; utsikten kombinert med pingvinene var virkelig 100 poeng. Tusen takk for denne opplevelsen.

We had a great time on this tour! It included all the must-see locations in well-designated stops, and the views were amazing. With the limited time for the entire tour (1 day), Tony, our tour guide and driver, managed the time efficiently and swimmingly while keeping a warm demeanor as our guide. Coming back to this place is in the horizon for my spouse and I.

very convenient way to do a tour of yarra valley and go for a ride at Puffing Billy. That was really the highlight of the tour. The other stops were just to build up the excitement. The wine tasting was worth spending a little bit too. Everyone was relaxed after it.

I joined the Great Ocean Road tour with Go West Tours on 31 July and had an amazing day from start to finish. A huge thank you to our guide and driver, Aleks. She shared lots of interesting history, facts, and local insights that helped us better understand the places we visited. Her commentary was engaging and informative, but never overwhelming. She knew exactly when to explain things and when to give everyone some quiet time to relax, which made the long journey very comfortable. She is also an excellent driver. Despite spending the entire day on the road, the ride was smooth and I never felt uncomfortable. Aleks also knew all the best photo spots and kindly helped us take many beautiful photos throughout the trip. The whole tour was very well organised and ran smoothly from start to finish. Overall, one of the highlights of my trip. Highly recommend Go West Tours, and a special thanks to Aleks for making the experience so memorable! 😊

The ride on the Puffing Billy steam train was truly impressive! Sitting on the open carriage window sills, dangling our legs outside, and feeling the breeze while passing through lush green forests was such an exciting experience! The penguin parade was incredible! I was grateful to see around 60 penguins—on average, about 700 penguins come out to the island each day. Australian penguins are the little penguin and irresistibly cute! I was also delighted to see baby Cape Barren Geese; they are utterly adorable! Our tour guide is knowledgeable and cares for our basic needs such as going to the bathroom and having our meals during the day. I highly recommend wearing enough clothing because Philip Island is very windy.

This reversed tour is well planned and we don't have to squeeze with many tourists and also avoided the afternoon sun. The tour is a little schedule packed but we managed to cover many places and lookouts. Also managed to spot Koalas. Thanks to our friendly guide Mark!
