Ting å gjøre i Gujo

An acquaintance in Japan recommended this tour, so I stumbled upon it and ended up joining on short notice right before my trip. I was worried at first because it was rainy, but it turned out to be a truly satisfying tour. Shirakawago and Takayama were great, but personally, Gujo Hachiman, which we visited last, left a particularly deep impression. Rather than a flashy tourist spot, it retains a quiet, cozy, old Japanese atmosphere, making it great for a leisurely stroll and taking pictures. Guide Lee Young-min kindly took care of everything from meeting up to transportation and schedule guidance, so it was nice to comfortably tour multiple areas in a single day. In particular, at Gujo Hachiman at the end, I wandered around slowly by myself for a bit and took photos, and it was the most relaxing and memorable time of this trip! The atmosphere seems like it would be completely different in another season, so I would love to join again in the winter. Thank you so much for creating such wonderful memories.

What a fantastic experience! This was my first time joining a Klook day tour abroad. The night before the trip, seeing the pre-departure instructions sent by the tour guide via email made me feel much more at ease. Throughout the journey, our guide, Mr. Wang, fluently introduced the attractions and provided various reminders to travelers in Chinese, English, and Japanese. He was very professional! The entire itinerary ran very smoothly, and the timing was perfectly managed. Although Shirakawa-go in the summer doesn't have its classic snow-covered scenery, the lush green landscape offers a different kind of beauty.

Our driver and tour guide, Abu, was incredibly kind and provided excellent service. He was very friendly and helpful throughout the trip, and the itinerary and timing were perfectly arranged. The overall pace was well-managed, never feeling rushed, yet making full use of our time, allowing everyone to enjoy themselves thoroughly and relax. The trip's itinerary was very smooth, and the routes were direct, which was a huge help for travelers like us who weren't driving. We didn't have to worry about transportation or directions, allowing us to easily visit famous attractions like Kamikochi, Shirakawa-go, and Takayama, and simply enjoy the journey. During the tour, Abu even made sure to allocate extra time for us to explore at a leisurely pace, so we never felt rushed. He was also very accommodating to all the requests from our group members, which made the entire trip run very smoothly. What impressed us most was his thoughtfulness: when he noticed everyone was resting or sleeping during the drive, he would intentionally slow down the car so we could sleep more peacefully. These seemingly small details made a huge difference for us, especially traveling with two young children. It truly showed Abu's dedication and care for his group members, making us feel very secure throughout the journey. Additionally, Abu assisted us with hotel transfers, making the entire trip even more convenient and stress-free. We are very grateful for Abu's meticulous service and thoughtful arrangements throughout the trip, which made us feel very comfortable and created wonderful travel memories! We highly recommend Abu and this tour, and we look forward to traveling with him again in the future!

Hele reiseplanen gikk knirkefritt, og det var nok tid til å besøke hvert turiststed. Reiselederen Kevin tok godt vare på oss og hjalp oss med å ta bilder. Det sto imidlertid i reiseplanen at vi skulle bo to netter på et varmekildehotell, men vi fikk dessverre bare bo der den første natten, noe som var litt skuffende.

Deltok på Takayama pluss Shirakawa-go-tur med observatorium. Tiden som ble gitt for hvert sted var tilstrekkelig.

Veldig godt tempo på turen med god tid til å utforske hvert område. Guiden Lui Chang var svært profesjonell og snakker 3 språk. Dette er ikke en guidet tur. Guiden vil bare forklare hva vi kan gjøre i området og når vi må være tilbake til bussen, og så utforsker vi området på egen hånd.

Vi meldte oss på primært for Gujo Hachiman-slottet, og det er absolutt verdt å klatre opp til tårnet for å se. Den eneste ulempen var at vi bare hadde én time i Gujo Hachiman, så det ble litt knapt med tid hvis man skulle klatre opp til slottet. I Hida Takayama Old Town må man spise Hida-biff, og i Shirakawa-go må man absolutt gå opp til utkikkspunktet. Guiden Liu Chang får 100 poeng! Før turen startet, presenterte hun attraksjonene på tre språk (kinesisk, engelsk og japansk) og ga tydelig beskjed om møtetider. Sjåføren kjørte stabilt, og det var en veldig innholdsrik tur. Anbefales på det sterkeste.

everything was very smooth. we availed the full rental of snowboard equiptments and unli lift. its very convenient to redeem.
