Vennene mine og jeg er veldig takknemlige og fornøyde med Xiaoyun, reiselederen for Itoshima-dagsturen. Tjenesten hennes var veldig omtenksom: dagen før avreise minnet hun oss proaktivt via melding og svarte på spørsmålene våre, noe som var utrolig hjertevarmende. På avreisedagen var beskrivelsen av severdighetene i bussen også veldig presis. Det var vennlige forklaringer på kantonesisk og engelsk. Stemmen hennes var mild, og den generelle atmosfæren forstyrret ikke i det hele tatt, men gjorde heller hele turen mer avslappende. Hun var også veldig proaktiv med å minne oss om de beste stedene å ta bilder og hjalp gruppemedlemmene med å ta fellesbilder. Forklaringene på hvert sted var veldig detaljerte, grundige og innholdsrike, noe som gjorde det imponerende og uforglemmelig. Denne turen fikk vennene mine og meg til å føle at en gruppetur kunne være så morsom, og det fikk oss til å ønske å delta på deres neste tur så snart som mulig! Ti stjerner.

Our Itoshima afternoon tour with Seven Mom Guide was a success again today! We started with a food tour, but somehow felt a bit empty, so we chose a half-day trip that was less tiring. I'm so grateful that it was so fulfilling and that we could spend such enjoyable time with the kids. Thanks to our kind guide, Kim Eun-joo, the joy of our trip was doubled! We were able to travel at a relaxed pace, and she generously shared so much information that it made me want to bring my parents on another trip next time. Dear Guide Kim Eun-joo, I wish you happiness and good health always!

During my trip to Fukuoka, I participated in two KLOOK day tours. The first one was to "Yufuin and Nyoirinji Temple." The tour guide for this group, Ms. Li Jing, was very responsible. The day before the tour, she sent an email with information about the guide and the meeting point. However, for the "Itoshima" tour, I received absolutely no information about the guide or meeting arrangements the day before. I was very worried and sent several emails to customer service and the supplier, but received no response. Given my experience with the first tour, I decided to arrive early at the first day's meeting point to inquire. That morning, I first asked a guide wearing a KLOOK vest, but it wasn't my group. That guide told me that if I hadn't received the guide's information, I would have to ask each group individually at the site. Yes, that's right! I literally had to ask group by group. It was ridiculous! Eventually, I did find my group, and the rest of the itinerary was smooth and wonderful. However, the only drawback was the communication issue with the guide. If you encounter the same problem as me, you'll have to inquire on-site. If you don't go, it's considered a forfeiture! >_<

Itoshima One-Day Tour Experience I had a wonderful one-day trip to Itoshima. Our first stop was a forest café surrounded by beautiful nature, where I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. Next, we visited Shiraito Falls and admired the refreshing waterfall scenery. After a delicious lunch, we explored Totoro Forest, which felt like stepping into an animated movie. We then tasted the famous flower salt pudding, a unique local dessert with a rich flavor. Finally, we walked to the iconic Meoto Iwa (Couple Rocks) and enjoyed the stunning seaside view. It was a relaxing and memorable trip filled with nature, delicious food, and beautiful scenery.

Key takeaway: This tour is perfect for those who want to visit Itoshima but can't or don't want to drive! A must-buy! This was my first time purchasing a one-day tour like this. For attractions like Itoshima, where there are distances between sights and you need to get on and off a vehicle frequently, joining a tour is the best option if you're not driving! Since I don't drive, I'm really glad I chose this method. I was able to visit all the must-see, must-eat, and must-photograph spots in Itoshima without wasting any time! Our tour guide, Helen, was also very professional, fluent in Chinese, English, and Japanese. Her pre-trip introduction was very detailed, and she was very friendly throughout the tour, even helping us take photos. The two beaches and Meoto Iwa (Couple Rocks) in Itoshima are truly beautiful! The weather was great, and the sea breeze was very pleasant. We were lucky enough to eat at Itoshima Seafood Hall, which usually has a very long wait (not recommended for large groups as you'll wait a long time). Shiraito Falls was cool and refreshing under the morning sun, with the invigorating scent of phytoncides. Sennyoji Temple was very peaceful, with plenty of shade to keep cool, and possessed a classic, traditional Japanese solemnity. The walk up to the observation deck in Totoro Forest wasn't far, just a slight uphill climb. The path, with sunlight filtering through, felt truly mysterious and charming. If you want to see Fukuoka Tower lit up at the end, you can stay behind and return on your own. The itinerary is safe and flexible. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who doesn't drive!

Excellent value for money! We are a family of three with a three-year-old who loves to explore and talk. A private car service is not only convenient for bringing snacks, toys, and a stroller for the child, but also ensures we don't disturb other passengers. After payment, Klook staff member Kelvin contacted me to suggest an itinerary and helped us make reservations on various Fukuoka websites. The driver also joined our WhatsApp group, which made communication easy during our trip. We especially want to thank our driver, Master Sun, for his dedicated assistance to our family. He helped us take photos, looked after our child, stayed with us throughout the trip, and made it very convenient to return to the car anytime to retrieve items! We highly recommend Kelvin and Master Sun for their excellent service attitude and patience!

Travelling with Kaku as my guide was very enjoyable. He ensured that we were well looked after, shared with us good tips about what to eat / what to do at every stop, and also shared personal tips on what to eat in Fukuoka. here’s also a hot tip at Fukuoka tower; there is a free mini photo / certificate of attendance that is worth getting if you’re going up the tower, it ends at 1800h.

First, our tour guide, Xiao Min, was incredibly attentive and responsible, making every effort to care for each guest. When it rained, we were worried about the slippery steps leading to the torii gate for photos. Xiao Min noticed this and immediately guided us, personally leading us back to an easier, alternative route. She was very proactive and never lazy. Another point worth commending is that she saw a couple in our group monopolizing a scenic spot for a long time, causing a long queue. Xiao Min proactively urged them to move along, ensuring everyone had a chance to take photos. Regarding the itinerary: three aspects of the tour were quite disappointing. 1 - Lunch was too early. We had just finished breakfast at 8 AM, and then by 10:30-11:00 AM, we were at Ichiran eating again. Moreover, the time spent at Ichiran was too long, and there wasn't much to explore. 2 - Yanagawa: The boatman was excellent and created a lively atmosphere. Unfortunately, the rain was very heavy at the time. Driving 1.5 hours to get there was not worth it. I suggest that the itinerary should be adjusted based on the rain conditions, rather than just whether the boat company is willing to operate. 3 - The stop at Dazaifu was only exactly 1 hour. This included getting off the bus, using the restroom, buying Umegae Mochi, browsing 2-3 small shops, and then returning to the bus. Since we were traveling with parents and couldn't walk quickly, there simply wasn't enough time to walk into the temple. Fearing we wouldn't make it back in time, we turned around at the end of the street and didn't dare go further. Dazaifu actually has coffee shops and small stores, and I personally believe 1.5-2 hours should be allocated, especially since 30 minutes were set aside earlier just to photograph a torii gate. 60 minutes for the entire Dazaifu visit is simply too short.
