Transport i Da Lat

arrive at the bus station place not too early not too late as the waiting area is very crowded. after booking on app you have to go to the counter to print the paper ticket, keep it with you always. the ride was smooth not bumpy and I had a good sleep. single cabin. spacious. will definitely choose this service again.

Først var det en misforståelse angående drivstofftillegget som ble innført på grunn av Midtøsten-konflikten. Etter litt frem og tilbake løste vi problemet. Sjåføren gjorde sitt beste for å navigere veiene med passasjerkomfort i tankene. Ikke alt kunne unngås, men han gjorde en utmerket jobb.

Veldig hyggelig sjåfør som ventet på oss til tross for den lange køen ved kontrollpunktet som forårsaket forsinkelser på opptil en time etter avtalt møtetid. Kjøringen var også komfortabel og passe rask. Hjelper også med bagasje, totalt sett en lek å bruke og anbefales på det sterkeste for en annen komfortabel måte å reise rundt i Vietnam på.

Vi hadde Tú som sjåfør, og han anbefalte fantastiske steder å besøke rundt Dalat! Han tok til og med hensyn til hva vi ønsket å gjøre for anbefalingene og tok oss med for å se den mest fantastiske solnedgangen. Ville definitivt bestilt igjen hvis vi noen gang kommer tilbake til Vietnam :) Han overgikk virkelig forventningene.

The confirmation of the booking was fast but I didn't receive any message from anyone (car company/driver) the night before my trip. I checked the info on "how to use" and gotten a number to text the company on the very morning of my trip around 6am(VNT)/7am (sg time). Then I received a message from the driver. My advice for those booking this private car chartering is to contact the company the day/night before your trip so that you can have a peace of mind that night. Our drive Mr Phuong was a quiet and helpful man. he can speak very little English but we were able to communicate easily through translating app. He helped us to call and book appointments for our 10 pax hairwash/massage visit and get everything ready b4 we reach the place. Most importantly, he drove safely and steadily and never speed even on expressway.

We were able to depart on schedule and arrived comfortably at our destination with great music and safe driving. It was so good that I would like to use this service again.
