Zealot Muaythai-klasse på Bali

Contracted Zealot after booking on Klook to double confirm on the time and address as it's not updated on Klook. The session lasted for less than 2 hours, but it was so intense that 1 hour+ will make your body sore for a first timer like me. There were only 2 students (including me) when I went. We started off with cardio exercises/workout like jumping ropes, jumping jacks, battle ropes, and etc., before moving to putting the gloves on for boxing exercises. There are rest intervals so try to hydrate yourself and breathe more as your body gets really warm and pumped up. Ended the session with stretching exercises.

開催するムエタイジムまでは自力で行く必要があります。送迎はありません。往復にGrabタクシーアプリを利用すると便利だと思います。レギャン地区から１時間くらいで、タクシー代は片道約1000円程度でした。ジムは広くて快適です。トイレ兼シャワーもあります。縄跳び、ジョギング、ストレッチ、シャドー、ミット打ち、筋トレ、ストレッチの順番で１時間半程度で終わるプログラムが組まれ、体験者のレベルに合わせて丁寧に指導してくれます。ミット打ちは５ラウンド、シャドーはコンビネーションを中心にいろいろと教えてくれました。ジムの目の前にミニマートがあるので水分はそこで補給しましょう。初心者から熟練者までオススメですよ。

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. It was my first time learning boxing, and the first half of the session, which involved warming up, was pretty intense for me. In the second half, we started learning some punches and kicks. Reo and Jerry (sorry if I misspell your names) were both very welcoming, even for a beginner like me. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to come back for a second session due to time constraints, but I would definitely recommend attending more sessions if you have the time.

很划算，想要體驗泰拳的話可以來試試看，建議可以自己攜帶拳擊帶，還要記得帶水，會花很多體力

我在台灣學習泰拳經驗只有幾個月，因此這裡的教練特別指導某些不流暢的動作，是過去沒發現的。我是早上來的人不多，有資深教練一對一陪練，我的泰拳因此又進步了，感謝！

I arrived 30 minutes late on the scooter but they were still going to accommodate me. I thought that to get my hands wrapped was customary and complimentary, but he said I could rent it or buy it. My first time for Muytai so I don't know, I just left.

We booked this Muay Thai class because we thought it was interesting. We called the number the day before and someone answered the phone. We went there by Grab but when we arrived at the location the place was nowhere to be found. We tried calling the number again but nobody answered our call. We went to another place and found the place where it says Zealot but it was under construction. We ended up wasting our time on that day. Please update the location of your place in this app to avoid any confusion.
