Serenity Explorer dagscruise: Lan Ha-bukten og Cat Ba-dagstur

we went to lan ha bay with serenity cruise with our guide binh/billy. honestly it was a very good experience! the cruise is so fancy, their foods are good and generous. for lunch we had shrimp, salmon, spring rolls, fruits, cakes and they’re very big in portion 😭🩵. the staffs are super friendly and helpful especially our guide! he is super attentive and detailed and also knowledgeable. he told us a lot especially vietnam history during our trips. we went cycling, kayaking, and swimming. they even have jacuzzi and it was so nice bcs you can relax in the jacuzzi with a view. 100/10 recommend this!!

A definite highlight of our trip to Vietnam. The transport was great, the ship had well-kept amenities and the food was delicious. The sceneries in the itinerary was beautiful as well. My only comment is I wish there were more snacks served in between, but overall a great experience.

The overall experience was excellent! The logistics was so smooth from the pick up point to the drop off. Billy is very accommodating and fun tour guide enriching us with the culture and history of Vietnam while keeping it light and humorous. The food was great and perfect for people with different preferences. You really get what you paid for and ever more! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great day trip to spend the day exploring cat ba island & lan ha bay. Guide (Billy & Tony) was well informed and straight forward, making it easy to follow to guidance. Cruise was quite modern, facility was complete, food was superb. Well done 😁

깟바섬과 란하베이는 처음이였는데 너무 예쁘고 평화롭고 좋았습니다. 보트도 새 보트라서 럭셔리하고 밥도 맛있었어요. 그리고 최고의 투어 가이드 빈과 함께라서 더욱 좋았던 경험이였습니다!

today was a great day in the lan ha bay when i chose the serenity cruise tour from my pickup spot in hanoi they made sure to take care of the rest, and the tourguide Ha-ha was thoroughly entertaining.

高齢の父を連れて参加しました。ハロン湾ツアーではほぼ鍾乳洞が組み込まれており、足の悪い父にはとても無理そうだったのですが、こちらのクルーズなら大丈夫かなと思い、結果とても良かったです。途中サイクリングさせてもらえるのですが、乗らない人も電動カーで集落を一周してくれます。ボートとバスを何度か乗り換えるので、歩くのはそれくらいで済みました。ボートから降りるときに足場が悪かったりしたのでその時だけはちょっと注意が必要でした。ガイドさんはとても流暢な英語で、わからないなりになんとかなりますが、集合時間や、何時から何が始まるとか最低限のことは聞き取れるに越したことはありません。初めてのフィッシュセラピーは思ったより魚が大きくて痛くてびっくりしました。ハロン湾を見てないので推測ではありますが、恐らくほぼ変わらない景観を静かに堪能させてもらいました。カットバ島も、本土より涼しくて自然も豊かで、またいつかゆっくり観光したいと思える所でした。素敵なツアーをありがとうございました！

We really enjoyed our tour of Lan Ha Bay with Binh! he was an amazing tour guide and went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great experience. He was incredibly knowledgeable about Vietnamese culture and history which made our tour much more rewarding. We especially enjoyed the history about the villages in Cat Ba Island. He is also very funny! The tour was also not too crowded and we got to enjoy the amazing views! would highly recommend.

Binh was the tour guide for our trip and everything was well planned out. The locations we were at was away from the crownded tourist area. This tour included both land & water activities.
