Redemption process is smooth and fast, staff is very friendly as well. Bought this package deal from Klook 3 boxes for SGD 109.55 (stated as 32% discount), but when I went to store I saw the price is similar 3 boxes for SGD 108. So next time can just go directly to store to buy. Staff said if buy a certain quantity they can even deliver to your house.

All is okay except that when I went to redeem at nex. Store staff is not familiar with the redemption process and does not know who to contact regarding it. Went through the redemption process with the staff there on the spot right in front of her eyes and it clearly shows redeemed after but she kept insisting on having another code and refused to let go of the products to me. Have no idea what she is insisting on. Only finally willing to let go of the product to me about 45mins later...
