Heldagstur til Dujiangyan og Panda Valley fra Chengdu med Sichuan-opera

Had a great day today. Prior to the trip I was already informed that we won’t have an English speaking driver which was great so I can set my expectations. Our driver 张涛 made sure I was comfortable and well informed. He used his translation app, even gave me as much information as possible about the areas we visited. He drove us safely to the attractions and back and all went very smoothly. This day trip is a value for money as you’ll only be travelling in a small group of 8 in a comfy coach van.

tour was good, no English speaking driver or guide but driver did well with translation app and we were informed of what was going on.

Un dia intenso de muchas actividades locales, como el baile de las mascaras. La torre de Yulie muy bonita y pudimos subir arriba y disfrutar de las vistas. El guía aunque no hablaba inglés hizo el esfuerzo de ir traduciendo todas las explicaciones.

it was a great day, the night before we were told there were no English speaking guides, we had 3 kids looking forward to the pandas so we couldn’t cancel. the guide texted us instructions but no information on the actual sites we visited.

行程基本上沒問題，如同廣告上寫的.導游人很好，很友善，遇到行程點時間搭不上也會幫忙安排其它景點讓我們參觀. 接博點也很清處不會讓我們迷路. 很好， 滿意.

I strongly don't recommend this new operator. It advertised to depart at 750am, which suit my 530am arrival, others were 6am. However, 1 day before, it's changed to 715am. I couldn’t arrive on time, and the driver (藩) asked me to meet the group at a metro station. Our group had 8 ppl, a big family with elderly and a child and me only. During the trip, the child kept complaining about the heat and refused to see big panda display. At Dujiangyan, the child refused to walk. They decided to return at 2pm. 藩 said if l want to continue then l will be on my own as he needs to send the family back. He promised my Didi reimbursement and luggage delivery. But when I submitted my receipts (137+89.70= 226.70 RMB), 藩 disputed them and accused me of overcharging, insisted it shouldn't be so expensive despite evidence. I don't want to argue but it's poor professionalism and lack of trust. The itinerary was not delivered, I was left to complete the tour alone, and my expenses were unfairly questioned.
