L'Amour 2D1N Cruise: Ha Long Bay med Sung Sot & Ti Top

Jeg hadde bestilt to rom, en orientalsk hytte og en århundrehytte. Opprinnelig hadde jeg bestilt den orientalske hytten da jeg ønsket et badekar med havutsikt. Jeg fikk tildelt 2 århundrerom. Jeg ba om refusjon fra Klook for forskjellen i rommene og fikk refusjonen. Vi hadde en vegetarianer i gruppen, og cruiset var veldig imøtekommende med måltidene sine, og serverte gode retter til hvert måltid. De andre medlemmene av gruppen vår likte også måltidene sine, og maten i bufféstil var også av svært god kvalitet. Vi likte spesielt det tradisjonelle vietnamesiske bandet som spilte under middagen. Stedene vi besøkte var litt overfylte, men absolutt verdt et besøk.

房间很干净，晚餐很丰盛，没什么踩坑的地方，整体很好。

The cruise experience was quite exceptional with its stunning ship and rooms. Although there weren't many people on the cruise, what makes it up is the fun itinerary, stunning views, different food options, and friendly staff. As my first cruise, it is worth it to learn parts of Vietnamese culture with excellent service.

very pleasant experience . everything was smooth from booking. staff was very cooperative . food was delicious . they arrange the activities as per planned and shown on klook. overall nice 5star experience. strongly recommended if u visit vietnam.

Crucero muy recomendable. El barco esta nuevo!!! Personal muy atento y muy simpatico. Tuvimos la gran suerte que eramo pocos y eso hizo que el trato fuera mas cercano todavia. En cuanto a las actividades, la excursion a la cueva fue espectacular. Paseo en canoa también muy bien. Lo que no me gustó fue la coase de cocina: mas que una clase, ella cocinaba delante nuestra explicando y nos dio a probar, pero en ningún momento fuimos nosotros los que cocinabamos. En la lista de actividades también ponia clase de Tai Chi por la mañana y al llegar no estaba anunciada en ninguna parte ni se hizo otra actividad para sustituirla. Translado: fue un poco caotico tanto a la recogida (nos llamaban por diferentes numeros, uno nos decia que no podia acceder a nuestro hotel (decia que no cabia un autobus en la calle, cuando en realidad si que cabian, era una calle de doble sebtido y la otra persona que nos llamaba que sin ningún problena nos recogia.

It’s a new cruise, very clean and hygienic. My family is vegetarian, and they took very good care of our food requirements, which we really appreciated. Just one thing that slightly bothered us was that the next day’s schedule started very early. Breakfast was only between 6:30 and 7:00 AM, and at 7:30 AM they left for Titop Island. My mother, who is 73 years old, got delayed by about 10 minutes and they left without her. Also, checkout was at 9:30 AM, but our pickup car (which was provided by them ) had not arrived. Even after checking out on time, we had to wait in the lobby with our luggage until 11:45 AM.

Highly Recommended, the room is fantastic, the cruise ship is new, the crew and staff are great, , the food is good and thanks to Charlie for excellent customer service!

We got transferred to Celina of the Sea cruise ship and got upgraded for free! Definitely a great experience because of the warm welcoming of the staff and kudos to the Manager on board - Robert for keeping the cruise safe and fun!

We went on the L'Amour cruise for a 2D1N stay . Everything from the hotel pick up to drop off the next day was organized, smooth and efficient. The staff, tour guide and facilities at the cruise were amazing. The food at the cruise was excellent and well thought of. the less number of rokms and the newer cabins just added to the experience. All in all, much recommended.
