Very cute and the food was nice. By eating there, you also receive some free Chiikawa items, but there is also exclusive merchandise that can be bought there as well! I bought myself a small plush of Hachiware, but there were also glasses, bowls and plates available for purchase as well! ——— There are English instructions and the staff know enough English to take your order 👍
It’s in the Shibuya Parco mall in the basement floor with the other restaurants. It was really cute and the food was pretty good. The process was easy and the staff is very helpful even if you don’t speak Japanese. With Klook you get a bottle of tea so it’s a nice plus. When it opens at 11 it’s full but when I went I noticed the rest of the day was open so you could walk in if needed. If you love Chiikawa I recommend stopping by!

場地很美，人算不多，可以影相，食物大份，最後職想同門口公仔影相職員亦會主動幫忙。另外亦有小量精品買。

quán ăn nhỏ rất dễ thương dành cho các fan của Chiikawa. khi tôi đến lúc 1pm, tôi có thể order và vào bàn ngay lập tức, chờ khoảng 10p để đồ ăn được phục vụ. với giá hơn 1500¥ cho bát nhỏ nhất. Nhìn chung hương vị khá ổn như mọi quán ramen khác. 1 trải nghiệm dễ thương cho các fan. Khi tôi rời đi thì đã có 1 hàng dài khách hàng. nên hãng nhớ đặt chỗ trước nhé
Chiikawa at Shibuya Parco has such a fun and lively vibe, and the ramen-themed items make it even more special. Everything feels playful and cozy, especially if you love the cute ramen designs and atmosphere.
Was excellent. They let you look through the goods and pay for everything all at once. Food was great quality for a character cafe, with very generous portions
