Sushikurs i Happi-frakk i Asakusa

Vi hadde en flott tid! Jenteinstruktøren var flink i engelsk, veldig engasjerende, varm og imøtekommende, en veldig god lærer og det var hyggelig å prate med henne. Hun anbefalte til og med en lokal ramen-restaurant vi kunne prøve. Ingrediensene var ferske og smakte fantastisk! ✨ Spesielt blekksprut-nigirien vi laget. Den eneste ulempen var at stedet var vanskelig å finne fordi de hadde et så lite skilt, så det tok oss en stund å finne det, men alt i alt hadde vi en flott opplevelse.

It was such a nice experience! The instructor gave us helpful instructions and was really friendly as well🥰 They even taught us about japanese culture so it was really interesting! Would recommend it again, just be aware that it probably won’t take 90 minutes as described (we were finished after around 45 minutes) and drinks were quite expensive😅

I made the Sushi making experience. Hide is amazing, so cheerful and helpful. The class was very fun and I learned how to make sushi Maki and nigiri. Thank you!

The staff was wonderful and did a great job explaining how to make the roll and Nigri. The quality of the food was excellent as well. You make a good amount of sushi, so come hungry.

Had an amazing time at the class with the wife and 2 teenagers. Hide was an excellent teacher and made the class fun, informative and engaging. The sushi we made was delicious. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

Great experience making sushi in this class, being taught in small group step by step. Enjoyed the self-made sushi with sake is wonderful. vegetarian option is also available
