Maten var fantastisk, kjøttkvaliteten var førsteklasses! Servitørene var også oppmerksomme og vennlige. Maten var virkelig veldig deilig. Jeg ville dratt tilbake hit.

Enkel tilgang rett ved Shibuya stasjon, mange kjøttalternativer, god kjøttkvalitet, praktisk å bestille ved å skanne QR-koden med telefonen, godt utvalg av alkohol, og maten kom raskt. Et veldig tilfredsstillende måltid!

餐廳環境不是很好，桌子小，以至於離烤爐很近，桌上空間也擺不了幾盤，因為用餐的時候只有兩桌客人，所以上菜也算快。神戶牛看起來厲害，實際上沒多好吃，加價反而覺得不值，如果選基本款是真的蠻超值的，如果想要CP值高，值得來吃！

非常棒的體驗，點單出菜速度快，老闆與員工都很親切。看到美味的食物，享受的忘了拍照🤣

吃過多家吃到飽，烤盤都很油，烤肉超也級油，油煙味很重，實在是不太好吃，吃一些就吃不下，店內很熱，店內都是外國人，不推

The location was hard to find - Google maps takes you to a back entrance and the door just shows arrows stating to use other door but the 3rd floor was displayed as a bar with a doorbell. So my family and I had to walk around to the front which clearly had a sign showing the food offered and a sign that said 3F we walked up the narrow stairs to the 3rd floor and the door was locked. As a family of 3 in another country getting lost and not knowing where to go can be frustrating. I checked to see if there was information about where exactly I was supposed to enter and nothing. I did however find a picture of the back entrance but again that door was closed and no one inside dining- I did see people carrying instruments to the bar in the 3F. I reached out to Klook for a refund or credit to be used for something else and have yet to receive my refund. It’s been past the 24hrs that they stated they needed to investigate. And keep in mind I paid extra in case my experience did not go well
