Gjennomgang for: Halvdagstur med lunsj

I booked this trip before arriving in Thailand as both aspects were of interest. the tea tour was great, very enjoyable and educational with amazing lunch served. Then it went wrong, the Night Safari is like a theme park that includes tour amongst the animals. Despite having emails from Klook stating both tea and safari were booked when we arrived at the ticket office we were told there was no record of us. Our driver had left and was due to pick us up 2 hours later. The ticket office staff was rude, it wasnt his fault, (it was klooks) but he was abrupt and unhelpful, he told us to ring the company and walked away. We persisted in asking for help and eventually he contacted klook who messaged via whats app and did arrange the tickets, however we had only 1 hour and had to miss a lot of the activities available. Klook did admit their error and refunded the night safari cost but it had spoiled the event. If i went again I would arrive independently and buy ticket at gate.
