Aqua Elegance 2D1N Cruise: Ha Long Bay-tur med Sung Sot og Ti Top

had an wonderful experience at Halong bay and highly recommend this cruise to anyone who wish to visit Halong. The booking was well handled and we were given very clear instructions on pick up time and place. The cruise itself was enjoyable with a mix of fun activities and enough rest time in-between. I was there with my in-laws and they enjoyed it even though they are already in their 70s.

The cruise was lovely. we had communication from the moment we booked until the service was complete. we are a young family and the staff where very friendly and accommodating on board. lots of activities to do on board the only thing I would suggest if that you do a 2 night cruise as it can feel rushed if you want to do everything on offer. The food was also amazing

超級推薦2天1夜的行程，從事前接送的聯繫（推薦住老城區的飯店，可以直接來接），到整個行程的安排都很棒，只能用物超所值來形容，從上船開始就有很多事可做，傍晚還有烹飪課、happy hour、晚餐後釣小卷、隔天一早的太極拳課都很棒👍工作人員服務親切，小費則是下船前早午餐桌上的信封自由給，驚奇洞時導遊會主動幫忙拍照，英雄島的涼亭有點難度需自行考量！唯一美中不足之處是接送太早到太晚接，附近沒什麼好逛，要自己打發時間😆

Customer Service Officer was awesome, the most helpful one. We got bumped from our original booking but they took care of us and it was great. We got a private suite, even much better than our original booking. It was a wonderful experience.

上船時有服務人員敲鼓、撒花、迎儐飲料，房間算乾淨，人員都面帶笑容在服務，雖然各項活動行程時間有所延遲，但過程都很好，住ㄧ晚吃4餐，很可以。Tomy and Daniel are good!
