Friendly staff

Got scammed out of 2000 Aud, due to a faulty room and refused a refund after 24 hours without running water and constant noise

Beautiful property and amazing location! We had a perfect stay and all the staff were very nice and accommodating.

Absolutely perfect for our trip!!

We felt at home the second we entered the residence. The building is beautiful, the rooms were perfectly situated and it was peaceful and quiet, even though it is a very busy area during the day . The room had everything we needed, the bed was so comfortable and kitchen stocked. The property is in the absolute perfect location and we walked Charles Bridge several times a day. The staff was so welcoming and helpful which really made a difference for us as this was our first time in Praha. We will be back!

Tina, Tereza ( there's actually 2 of them with same name) were wonderful. Appreciate the daily housekeeping which maintained the cleanliness of the apartment. They also allowed us to check in early. The apartment was spacious for me and my daughters. The location was very convenient and close to a lot of attractions, restaurants and the Tram stop. I would highly recommend this place.

Elegant and spacious apartment. Excellent location in walking distance of the Charles Bridge and Prague Castle. Highly recommend.

I would never consider staying anywhere else in Prague. Malostranska Residence was truly a dream! The most beautiful rooms, with so much space, wonderfully comfortable beds, and the most jaw-dropping views out of every window. The location is perfect -- just steps from the Charles Bridge and the Prague Castle, with excellent restaurants and shops on every corner. The front desk ladies were wonderfully kind and helpful with local reccomendations and the best spots to exchange money. Truly a 10/10 experience that I will not soon forget!

Excellent locations in the heart of Prague, very very clean it has a kitchen you can make your own breakfast , the property is like a national art , beautiful

Great place to stay …. Very close to public transportation.
