Staffs were so helpful and friendly, the split AC system is down and portable AC was installed that made our sleeping time inconvenient, the place is so close to castle palace and most visited places . Quite neighborhood,5-10 minute walk to eateries, Starbucks..etc. Most visited Miraculous Mother Mary and Infant Jesus, Mother of Perpetual Help cathedral and more.. Uber prices are cheap to go to high end shopping areas. Highly recommended.

The property was at a perfect location. The staff was very helpful and everything was as described online. The room, services, and the breakfast were excellent.

Super friendly staff and helpful. I needed them to receive a bag for me and they called me to confirm. The hotel is steps away from Prague Castle which was a great way to ens my trip in Prague with a night stroll through it.

Enjoyed all aspects of our stay, good room size in the triple room with bathrooms in each; clean, comfortable with a modern feel but still keeping the authentic feel of the building. Staff were polite and informative throughout our stay, in all the reception, breakfast room and restaurant! The breakfast buffet was delicious and fresh every morning, constantly being topped up by staff. The staff in general are a credit to this hotel. Overall a fantastic stay in a great location, a bit of a steep walk from Charles Bridge however this didn’t bother us!

The hotel was in a great location, the staff were warm and friendly and the bedroom was lovely.Breakfasts were excellent. Although we ate out I had one meal at lunch and the food was very good.
