I had a great experience at the San Boutique Hotel! The room was perfect for my needs. The breakfast was very good, and the staff was excellent and so helpful!
They even kept my bags for me while I traveled outside of Hanoi and provided access to a shower after checking out.
They are very accommodating and I would recommend staying here when in Hanoi!

As a chef who has worked in many hotels in Australia over 30 years, I am so surprised by the Vietnamese hospitality. More than happy with the price. Better service and value at this hotel. Cara, the manager, only 22 years old, good English was particularly helpful. 5 stars for Cara. Will stay at this property when next in Hanoi. Thank you to all the staff. Great breakfast, Vietnamese food & western.

My four night stay at San Boutique Hotel was wonderful! The location was near the lake with many restaurants, shops and spas but on a quiet street.
The front desk, door men and kitchen workers were all very helpful and kind. I was always greeted with a friendly smile as I passed through the lobby.
I would stay there again and highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect, stayed 4 nights at this hotel it was spotless the room was fresh bright airy, the breakfast was plentiful, the staff were excellent in every way always smiling and polite. A great area for markets beer street eating and shopping. Thank you for a memorable stay.
