An excellent location. The staff were so pleasant and helpful. We could not have asked for better accommodation. Would highly recommend.

Easy to check-in. Good location. Clean room.

Handy location with the play ground and water front right across the road

Great location

We enjoyed this stay. The kitchen is small but functional. The best part was the friendly and helpful front desk person (I can't remember his name). He went out of his way to help us with the air conditioner, and provided lots us useful info about the area.

Property across the street from the lake, but now views from our ground floor suite. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Room clean but dated.

Good location. Room a bit run down. Parking very tight

Great position between lake and restaurants, not far from public geothermal park. Comfortable well equipped rooms, nice barbecue area, tiny swimming pool.

Room was as per advertised. Location was excellent for family stay. Nice friendly staff.

Great accommodations just across the street from Lake Rotorua. The unit is like an apartment complete with fridge and stove. Everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Well located for walking to city centre and the park. Perfect for families or solo travelers.
