Always enjoy staying here. Location is fantastic. Value for money. Staff are friendly and helpful. Runs like a well-oiled machine.

It was cozy. Not fancy but just right for us. It is in a great location to use as a base for the whole area. We appreciate the laundry and having our own kitchen. The hot pools and cold pool were an attraction and out the back there is a path to a beach on the lake. Good value for the money.

I've been to other accommodation within Rotorua and this is my favourite. I love the mineral hot pools here that are filled up every day. The minerals in these pools are great for you rather than soaking in chlorine. The tiny cute walk to the lake is lovely too and very short walk/drive to the shops. Will most definitely return again and again. Thanks : - )

Lovely place, the receptionist was very welcoming, had all the amenities needed as well as a pool and 3 hot tubs, showers, playground etc... they were very accommodating to us and also our dog šŸ¶ We will definitely be back šŸ˜€ Thank you for the lovely stay

Room was very clean, and well kept. Hot tubs available for use, as well as a "hangi" with cooking instructions. Showers had great water pressure, and lots of hot water. Rooms were a little dated, but well kept, and decent amenities.

We loved the hot springs tubs and pool, and appreciated the laundry facilities. Overall the facilities are worn and dated and the menā€™s bathroom was dirty. For the price this was still a good valueā€”our room was clean and dry and had a small kitchenette, but wouldā€™ve appreciated cleaner facilities.
