Room clean and tidy, but little space to sit other than on the bed (twin double room). The shower temp a bit all over the place and not consistently hot. Staff absolutely wonderful, though - really friendly and helpful.

Very convenient, good facilities and good on site parking.

Amazing and good pricing , but no pancake machine

Checked in at designated time no clean room available. Had prepaid with no cancellation option so had to wait 40 min. Then I was given a room number which didn’t exist so I had to go back to reception and wait more. I prepaid for breakfast but the hot options were Luke warm to cold. Bain-Marie were not set high enough. The breakfast area air con was blowing very cold air and so the dining experience was terrible.

I wasn't told about breakfast sign in and the procedure and if this was mentioned on arrival check in, it would make things easier and less complicated. Staff / Room service knocked on the door while I was brushing my teeth, 3 knocks, deep and 1sec later the door opened up, which I commented, do you always just come into rooms this quick? Where I got a reply, there was no answer so I thought no-one was in the room. I wash brushing my teeth but luckily not on the toilet having a #2 or walking around the room naked. This is also at 8am and what if I was having a sleep in till 9? These are considerations that should take place at a professional organization.

Easy and friendly check in, great locations to Rotorua city

A cooling fan would have been nice. Better less sweet hot chocolate would be good.

The experience is good but maintaince issue is a pain.

Room was clean and comfortable, parking was easy, location was convenient.

Clean room, friendly staff and good location.
