Hebat The front desk staff was great Zac and Jack were awesome. There was a small problem that was taken care of immediately and I was 100% happy with the management. I think her name was Marietta I am terrible with names but she is a good manager that cares. We’re were very happy with the property!!!

Place is conveniently located to beach with nice views. Check in is not at location and parking is not at location either if you have larger rental car. Coffee is not the greatest and AC works well but not 100% as it’s not central. Overall good for the price

I liked the view and the space that the room had. I personally did not care for not having housekeeping on a daily basis.

This property is centrally located to all the shops, restaurants, and the beach it literally steps away from our room. The staff was very helpful, polite, and very attentive, as whatever we needed came with a quick and friendly response. We were able to have a dedicated underground parking spot (for a daily fee) in which was great to not worry about parking anywhere outside the resort. The views of the ocean were amazing in the room we received, and as a bonus it came with beach chairs and big sunshades for the beach so you won’t have to rent them if you decide to spend a day at the beach.
The disappointment was when we first went inside our 2 bedroom condo, it was completely outdated, and was falsely advertised as having an updated kitchen and bathrooms, plus the table and chairs were not properly cleaned and were dirty and dusty. I don’t think that any travel site should be advertising something that is not as advertised or available when you check in. But we just made the best of it and cleaned the dirty areas before using them.
Again this property is centrally located to everything you need, and we had a great time exploring as much as we could.

Hebat It was just what we needed for our stay, but bare minimum, it was overall clean except for under the bed and under kitchen counter and the shower door is a little scary, I’d prob get rid of it and use a shower curtain, but overall did the job and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Hebat This property is amazing! Large patio with breathtaking views! Spacious living space with lovely kitchen, bedrooms and living room. There are wonderful places to eat downstairs - lunch, coffee, açaí - which you can enjoy on the beach thanks to the location-provided beach chairs and umbrella. Our family had a blast! The hotel next door has a terrific restaurant! You will love staying here!

The 1st night we had an issue with the fold out couch not working properly so we contacted the front desk and right away they sent there maintenance guy Michael out to fix it. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He corrected the issue in a timely manner. Other than that we had no complaints. We enjoyed every comfortable moment there as a family. We simply loved it. We will definitely return there next year :)
