Great clean place!. An hour out to any place other than grand canyon. Proximity to canyon is very close

The location was good but there are 2 separate buildings which mkes it confusing. The internet was down during our entire stay. Breakfast was OK. Staff was trying very hard to make you comfortable. The room was clean, but kind of outdated a bit.

We only needed it for a quick stay but check-in was extra long with one employee and our hotel room bathtub was dirty. Beds were nice and AC worked so those were highlights!

We loved our stay and the amenities were excellent. We even got to see an elk walking across the parking lot from our hotel room. It was very convenient to the park and easy access. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because of the pillows. That seems petty, but the pillows were too soft and dnot at all supportive my. I was very uncomfortable and didn’t sleep well. I woke up with a stiff neck and a headache. Otherwise it was a most wonderful experience. I would stay here again, but bring my own pillow.
