Very nice hotel to stay with family. Both pools and hot tubs were very pleasant! The verity of outdoor games, movie night at the pool and s’more nights were a big hit!! Well worth the money!

This place is amazing! There were elk raising on the flowers right in front of check-in when we came. we had planned to rent bicycles to see the Grand Canyon, but was pleasantly surprised there were E bikes available right on the premises. E bikes are definitely the way to go! My kids got to eat s’mores and watching a movie while playing in the indoor pool which was such a highlight for them. The staff was amazing answering so many questions for me and even providing us a coupon for breakfast. Everything here was just above and beyond expectations.

This was the rudest staff I have EVER experienced in all my life. They were snotty, condescending, and completely unhelpful. They couldn’t use their words to explain something pretty simple that I was asking about. And I turned to my companion to complain to her, and they threatened to call the cops on me. They were in error about the price that I was required to pay. They could not explain it to me and they were super super rude. I would never stay here again. I will be complaining to corporate.

The indoor pool and hot tub was great! They had a movie playing while you were swimming for the kids! They also had smores!! My kids had the greatest time!
