Only stayed one night, the lady on reception was very friendly,our room was ready early so she let us check in earlier. Room was small but we only was sleeping there,room was clean ,hotel is central very close to Hyde park and the tube is just around the corner

Good position, clean and reasonably priced hotel - staff at reception were good, close to shops and the Bayswater and Queensway tubes. Only down side was having to remake my bed every time I got out of it, get some fitted sheets… overall good but I have booked another hotel subsequently because of this

The mattress in our room was all over the place - loads of huge lumps and craters basically, I really don't know what had happened to it.
Other than that the room was small, but quiet (no noise from the street) and for the location and the price, really can't complain.

Room is really small no wardrobe to put your clothes and the shower is way too small. Staff are great and friendly and the location is great.
