El hotel está bueno pero el servicio podría mejorar. Difícil para concretar una reservación en restaurantes y el servicio en la alberca era casi nulo. Dejé notas para el cumple de una niña y no me cumplieron con lo prometido en la reserva. Las playas y la locación muy buena

Staff was beyond friendly. Everyone, was ready to help a moments notice. Special thanks to lifeguard Ricardo, waiter Emmanuel on the beach, also Rodi, and Isa at the Level Club. You guys made the experience the best. Thank you!

very family friendly, very hard working staff.

I really loved the hotel and had a great stay overall. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the beach was absolutely excellent. The only downside was that the waiters at the restaurant and bars seemed very busy at times, so food and drinks could take a little while to arrive. However, considering the price, I really can’t complain much because the experience overall was very good.

Hotel muy elegante, a muy buen precio, alberca a buena temperatura siempre, playa super limpia aunque muy corta y no nos gustó el hecho de que solo tienen un mesero por restaurant de especialidad.

The hotel is fully staffed, everyone was very friendly and the food was good, the kids’s clubs upstanding, they are all very sweet. The room was a dream. The only big issue was the round pool outside the kids’s club. The pool start shallow but goes till 5’6”deep. I saw my child entering and being fully submerged in the middle just about to drown, I jumped into action in not time to rescue him of course.
