Brilliant place to stay. Everything close near by . Staff , very good. Would recommend to any traveler. Will be back.

Great location near Universal Studios surrounded by restaurants. We liked the coffee machine in the lobby and the pastries they served for breakfast. The microwave was old which took awhile for the food to warm up. ICE machine was broken. The best part is free parking! Not bad for a weekend trip to Universal.

Rooms are clean but not very luxurious, everything is basic but you have all you need, just nothing fancy. Area is safe with a few food options. Parking is free and breakfast has great pastry options and coffee all complimentary.

Had a great stay. Some great restaurants right next door and across the street. Staff are friendly. Had free pastries available for breakfast they were okay. Ice machine was not working. However over all good stay.

Great little boutique motel with a nice pool and several restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance.

Wonderful time

Very pleased with our stay. Nice clean room. Comfortable beddings and AC worked the whole time. Even though it’s an old building, its updated design and clean rooms were great. I’ve stayed in other motels were they tried to update the rooms but it’s still dirty and dusty. The staff were very friendly and the location felt safe. I also appreciate the fact that it wasn’t noisy. Will stay here again next time we go to Hollywood.

Perfect location to attend an event at iHeartRadio theater. Walkable. On Burbank bus line. Very kind employees. Big, beautiful, comfortable room! Oh and a good fridge!

The place is in a fantastic location full of things to do and most of the best sights seeing things are very close. Great places to eat near by and the staff are very friendly and helpful too. All in all this place is fantastic and we have stayed here before and it was fantastic then as well.

We chose to book here based on a 9+ rating on Hotels.com but left confused. First off, the staff are awesome - very friendly and helpful. The room was a different story; while it was really clean, there were other issues. Our bathroom had some patchy paint work on the door, the towels were stiff/scratchy, there were no hooks to hang towels and the baseboard wasn’t fit/attached under the sink. The AC tried its hardest to keep the room cool but it felt like we were getting hot/cold - hot/cold through the night. The black out curtain didn’t completely wrap around the window edge closest to our bed so we used a water bottle as a weight to help it block out more light. Also, we were on the first floor and the noise insulation from above seemed non l-existent. Our upstairs neighbors came in near midnight, stomped and ran around until after 1AM, then started back up around 6AM. The hotel is not responsible for the guests lack of respect for others, but it’s worth noting to request an upper level room to avoid issues. We could also hear our shared wall neighbors, but typically around the same time we were up and about.
