It was a wonderful stay. Checking in was a such a pleasant experience and we couldn’t be happier. During our checking in We learned everything we needed to know to have the best possible experience during our stay.
Breakfast was amazing, we were able to try continental breakfast (more European style), full breakfast had so many options and we loved it even more because we could have it any way we wanted. A-la-carte was also an option however we loved continental and full breakfast more. The servants were extremely friendly and helpful.
Our room was clean and had a beautiful view, overlooking Universal Studios Hollywood and mountains, exactly what we booked.
It was a very short walking distance from the park to this hotel, shuttle was available and we used it once but walking was much easier for us.
We didn’t use the swimming pool or hot tub but we checked it out and it was lovely however a little crowded. Their was also a bar but it was closed at the time we got there.
They have a bar inside the hotel, by the lobby but I didn’t notice anything special about their bar, it was very simple open layout available to anyone.
Gym was very clean and it was perfect for us.
We surely will return to this hotel in the future.
