Everything is good this time

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experiences at this hotel have been consistently disappointing. During my most recent stay, the room had several maintenance issues that should have been identified before it was assigned to guests. * The handheld shower leaked continuously. * The overhead rain shower kept dripping cold water while I was showering, making it very uncomfortable. * The toilet would not flush properly unless I held the flush button down the entire time. These are basic facilities that should be checked before a room is considered ready. It gives the impression that the hotel is not performing even the most basic maintenance inspections before welcoming guests. What makes this even more frustrating is that this wasn’t my first bad experience here. During a previous stay, the bathroom’s motion-sensor lighting kept turning off while I was showering because it couldn’t detect movement inside the shower. The only way to turn the lights back on was to have another person enter the bathroom and trigger the sensor. What if someone is traveling alone? Showering in complete darkness because of a poorly designed lighting system is simply unacceptable. Sheraton is a well-known brand, and I expected much better. Unfortunately, the lack of maintenance and attention to guest experience has made my stays here extremely frustrating. I sincerely hope management improves their inspection and maintenance standards before assigning rooms to future guests.

The place is very nice from the surrounding area. Our family had a good night stay. Beds were comfortable with kids. We wish they include slippers and robes but the room was clean. Staffs were nice. Very clean and plenty of parking for $20 a day. Would stay again.

Everything is great

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily return. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and made me feel right at home. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The lounge was a great place to unwind, and I really appreciated the complimentary bottled water—a thoughtful touch that made the stay even more enjoyable. Parking was also plentiful and convenient, which made coming and going hassle-free. Overall, the combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and convenient amenities made for a fantastic experience. I highly recommend this hotel!

Rooms were clean. Staff was more than grateful to assist. Will definitely come back.
