Clean room, comfortable bed. Just stay one night, but we have been staying in this hotel, highly commended with reasonable price

Property older but Ok. AC was not working when we first got in 7:45pm. Missed a reservation waiting for maintenance. Then 1240 midnight the AC gives out again. Called front desk was told there was nothing they could do, said best choice was to get another hotel and they would refund me. THIS WAS AT @ ONE IN THE MORNING... Horrible.

Mark and I loved customer service in the front desk. The manager named Chris was amazing and we would come back again to see him. Jason was amazing too as well.

The hotel has relatively thin walls and flooring so sound travels within the neighboring rooms. The patch works within the room isn’t very pretty but still functional. The staff deserves a standing ovation. They take care of the guests and listens with sensible solutions that made my stuff better than expected. One thing I forgot to mention to them is that there were at least 2 days out of my stay where the smell of weed had penetrated throughout the hallways. That was really the worse part but not really the hotel’s fault.
