Had an emergency situation and didn't flew over seas and couldn't stay. Did not get refund or partial refund. The woman taking care of my reservation very pleasant and understanding but there was nothing she could do. This was for a week stay. If you book a stay book straight to the hotel no third party.

The staff were all kind and help me stay comfortably and have a good time in Berlin. What caught my eye were the shower rooms and toilet because their cleanness was not enough for me.

The staff were great. Everything was clean and smooth sailing. Even for a short trip, you’ll quickly get around and situated with nearby transit options.
