It was a very mediocre property only good thing is location

Location (right in the middle of the old town) is great but everything else not so good. Room was tired and in need of renovation and only had tiny skylight windows so was dark, air con unit didn’t work properly. Breakfast was poor and breakfast room not really big enough for the number of guests. About 90 steps up to the room but I possibly should have guessed that because I was aware that it was an attic suite when I booked.

A good place if you are not planning to stay in

Not a fancy place, but you can't beat the location. The tours start just a block away and the celestial clock tower is just around the corner. So 4 stars: the place is clean and well maintained (it's an older building so no elevator and tall (over 5'10") people need to duck to not bump their head on the stairs. The beds are hard, the breakfast is okay (not fancy, but cereal, bread, rolls, sausage, juice and coffee). Staff was friendly... Enough and the place was secure (you have to ring the door bell to get let in every time you enter).

Some boil eggs should be great and less processed meats ,also ,an additional pillow will be really appreciated. The rest, was a good experience and absolutely recommend.

Nice hotel, great location, decent breakfast but the staff should work on their people skills. Extremely sour and curt bunch of people.

Cleaning staff always present and cleaning the rooms daily. And the breakfast fresh and very complete.

We enjoyed our stay here. I This hotel is great if you enjoy a character property.
