Warning do not stay here. Worst hotel stay ever. False advertising. Nothing luxury about this place. Does not have any of the amenities listed. No mall. No laundry services. No activities. No towels first night. No toilet paper 2nd night. Floors sticky. No hand soap. Room is supposed to be nonsmoking but it reeked of cigarettes, had to open the windows just to sleep. Place is old & run down not well maintained. Location is not good. Located at busy intersection with no sidewalks. We left after 2 nights, even though we booked for 4 nights. Do not eat or drink any of the snacks or water in your room. There was no sign saying the items were not free or anything saying how much each item cost. When we checked out the male staff charged us $270,000 VND saying water & snacks were consumed, but he did not give me a receipt detailing the prices, which was very suspicious. He demanded we pay in cash only & refused credit card payment or receipt for the extra charges. So glad we left early. Expedia should not allow such false advertising from this hotel.

Lovely little hotel, the pillow and duvet was soft and comfortable where the madress were very hard
