Perfect location! We arrived earlier than expected and were able to check in an hour ahead of time. Our window opened to the piazza and I loved opening the windows from time to time and people watching. Only negative was climbing 4 flights of stairs daily, but that was our fault because we did not notice the elevator stopped on each floor (we thought it was for service only). Oh well, it allowed us to burn the calories from all the gelato we ate. Mattress was very comfortable as well. If we return to Florence, I will absolutely stay in the same room!

The room was clean and the location was excellent. There were a few great things - very comfortable bed, great air con and free bottles of water and the coffee maker! It is in a wonderful neighborhood so close to everything. Adjust expectations - no full length mirror, no iron and no full service front desk but for the price it was a very good spot

I loved the stay at this hotel. Room is big and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Everything is nearby. a lot of shops and restaurants

The hotel is in the center of town. So nice to have a short walk to the domo, Uffitzi and the Academia. The room was really nice! I would definitely come back again.

Good location for shopping, visiting museums. We were able to give good breaks when we were tired during the day and easily continue our sightseeing

The room definitely had some charm to it, but it also had a very strong odor from the bathroom. I think when they were cleaning the bathrooms, they didn’t use clean water when mopping the floor floors so it smelt musky. We were only there one night so we just kept the bathroom door closed. I did, however, love the location in the charm of the room.

Location of this apartment/hotel was great, if a little tricky to find because it's just a door in the city. Rooms were a little old and could use some refurbishing, but it is a historic building in the center of a historic city. I would stay here again, especially considering the affordability
